SwimHeat is made by LusoApps. This policy covers the SwimHeat website (swimheat.app), the web app and the Android and iOS apps.
What stays on your device
The swimmers and meets you follow, your language and your settings are stored only on your phone or computer. We do not have user accounts and we do not keep a copy of this list on our servers.
What our server sees
To show results, the app asks our server for a meet and the licence numbers of the swimmers you follow. The server fetches the public results of that meet, sends back only those swimmers' results and does not store the request. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
Where results come from
Results, entry lists and meet calendars are public data published by meet organisers on live.swimrankings.net. Qualifying times come from the published regulations of each federation. SwimHeat is independent and not affiliated with any federation, club or meet organiser.
Notifications
If you turn on alerts, your device shows a notification when a new result appears. In the store apps, the notification service of Google or Apple may be used to deliver them.
No tracking
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on the website or in the web app. If this changes in the store apps, this page will be updated first.
Children
SwimHeat is meant for parents, coaches and swimmers. It does not ask for or collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Privacidade
O SwimHeat é feito pela LusoApps. Os nadadores e as provas que segues, a língua e as definições ficam guardados apenas no teu telemóvel ou computador. Não há contas de utilizador.
Para mostrar resultados, a app pede ao nosso servidor uma prova e as licenças dos nadadores que segues. O servidor vai buscar os resultados públicos dessa prova, devolve só os desses nadadores e não guarda o pedido. O alojamento (Cloudflare) trata o endereço IP para entregar as páginas e protegê-las de abusos.
Os resultados, listas de inscritos e calendários são dados públicos publicados pelos organizadores em live.swimrankings.net. Os mínimos vêm dos regulamentos publicados por cada federação. O SwimHeat é independente e não tem ligação a federações, clubes ou organizadores.
